If you have any errors - or see a black screen - you'll want to:
  1.  Menu > System Preferences and then click Security & Privacy
  2. Click Privacy tab (across the top)
  3. On the left, find and click Screen Recording (its not listed alphabetically)
  4. On the right, check the Google Chrome box (unlock via the lower-left corner as needed)
  5. After you do that you'll need to restart Chrome for it to work.
