As an attendee in a webinar, this notification will appear in the controls at the top of your screen.


Click on the Closed Caption option to turn it on. 

Optional: If you need to adjust the size of your closed captions, you can access the settings by clicking on the arrow next to start/stop video and choosing Video Settings. 



On your mobile device

  1. Click on the Settings icon.
  2. Select Meetings.
  3. Toggle the Option for Closed Captioning to on.
  4. When you are in a meeting where Closed Captions are available, they will automatically appear on your screen.
