As a next step lets power cycle the Cisco SPA112 modem located behind the Canon multifunction copier
- Locate the equipment (pictured)
- Locate the power plug (its a barrel plug type - that looks like this
- Unplug the power plug for at least 10 seconds - while its unplugged check to make sure the modem goes off (all lights out).
- Power back on
- The lights will blink if it's attempting to start up. The startup/initilization process takes 2-5 mins so you'll need to give it some time. The "Online" light is the key indicator
