Typical settings for using G Mail for SMTP out:
- Your full email address for login (and your password)
- Server: smtp.gmail.com
- Port: 465 (SSL required) or 587 (TLS required)

Troubleshooting:
- Password incorrect = It's possible you'll need to set an App password as described here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/185833 which may first require you allow less secure apps as described here https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255
