As a next step lets power cycle the Comcast/Xfinity cable modem located in the equipment rack/storage room
- Locate the equipment (pictured)
- Locate the power plug (generally labeled)
- Unplug the power plug for at least 10 seconds - while its unplugged check to make sure the modem goes off (all lights out).
