- Open the Local Group Policy Editor
- Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Microsoft Passport for Work OR Windows Hello for Business
- Edit "Use Microsoft Passport for Work" OR "Use Windows Hello for Business" and set it to disabled.
