Resetting your password (i.e. for your email account) often means you'll need to update the password in all the places you have your account setup. So perhaps better than resetting, you can look up the password using the Keychain Access program.
Simply
- launch the program Keychain Access
- Search (top right) for "zmail" (see picture below but note search term will vary)
- Find the one with your email email address (format may vary slightly different)
- Double click to open
- Check the box to show password
- Allow by typing in your *computer* password
- You will then have the password
