Perhaps you have your own preference on Spam control and would prefer to use an alternative service -- you'll want to ad an exemption in Barracuda.
- Login as Administrator here: https://ess.barracudanetworks.com/settings#explicit-users (This assumes you have Administrator rights)
- Click Inbound settings
- Click Recipient Polices
- Click Add
- Enter Email address
- Select Exempt
- Click Add
Exempt (whitelisted) recipients bypass spam scoring as well as all other blocklists. Virus scanning still applies.
